Russell Carter is the Senior Vice President and Managing Director for BRB Trust for all regions. Russell serves BRB Trust in the capacity of SVP and Managing Director of our trust department providing leadership and oversight to our team of trust professionals. In addition to his work as SVP Russell continues to passionately serve in the capacity of trustee. A graduate of Howard University in Washington D.C., he also received his Juris Doctor Degree from Touro Law Center in Central Islip, New York. With over two decades of trust and wealth management services to businesses, charitable foundations, and individuals Russell is able to assist our clients by working with their respective attorneys and CPA’s to develop an elaborate trust and estate plan or to simply guide clients through the challenging aspects of investing, preserving, and managing assets.
